Eligibility & Rental Requirements

All renters must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the minimum age requirement for the selected vehicle. Additional documentation, including proof of insurance and identity verification, may be required prior to approval. Certain luxury or exotic vehicles may have higher age or experience requirements.

Reservations & Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and approval. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and will be returned after the vehicle is inspected and cleared of any damages, violations, or additional charges.

Vehicle Use & Responsibility

Rented vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with all traffic laws. The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including fines, tolls, tickets, damages, excessive wear, or misuse. Smoking, unauthorized drivers, racing, or off-road use is strictly prohibited.

Mileage & Fuel Policy

Mileage limits may apply depending on the vehicle and rental duration. Any excess mileage will be charged according to the agreed rate. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup to avoid refueling charges.

Pickup, Delivery & Airport Services

Pickup, delivery, and airport services are available upon request and may incur additional fees. Renters must be present at the agreed time and location. Delays or missed appointments may result in additional charges.

Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary based on the rental type and booking timeframe. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits. Full cancellation details are provided at the time of booking.

Insurance & Liability

Renters are responsible for maintaining valid insurance coverage during the rental period. THEE EEXTRA MILE LLC is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle or for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

Agreement & Acceptance

By completing a reservation, the renter agrees to comply with all rental policies, terms, and conditions outlined above. THEE EEXTRA MILE LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate rentals for policy violations.
